Aloha! I’m Nichole. Since 2007 my focus has been on airway-centered and functional orthodontics, and I’ve had the privilege of working with practices across the country—ranging from individual providers to large corporate dental models. Whether it’s helping implement treatment systems, align practice workflows, or improve communication between clinical and admin teams, I love creating structure that supports meaningful and sustainable growth.

My journey started in clinical care and quickly expanded into leadership roles where I found my passion for supporting doctors, training teams, and developing systems that create consistency, clarity, and confidence throughout the patient experience. I believe in treating beyond the teeth, promoting proper growth, breathing, and long-term health.

Dr. Lisa and I first worked together at a practice in Denver, and when the opportunity came to join her here in Hawai‘i, I made the move to continue building something special alongside her. At the heart of everything we do is a belief in collaboration over competition and a commitment to helping practices deliver care that’s not just effective, but truly meaningful.

I’m originally a Denver, Colorado native and these days I split my time between Hawai‘i and Costa Rica. I recharge by being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends. I’m committed to lifelong learning and continuing education, always looking for ways to grow both personally and professionally
